- The registration fee includes access to all sessions, symposium materials, coffee breaks, and lunches. Proof of student status is required (such as a student card, enrollment certificate, or similar).

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation requests must be sent by email to congressos@fundacio.urv.cat up to 15 days before the event (June 22). After this date, the registration fee will not be refunded.
- Cancellation requests received up to and including June 22: the registration fee will be refunded. The Congress Office will retain 10% of the registration fee as an administrative charge.
- Cancellation requests received after June 22: the registration fee will not be refunded.
Registrations are personal and non-transferable. It is not possible to change the attendee or transfer the registration to another person. If you are unable to attend the event, you must cancel your registration under the conditions described above.
