The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to March 22, 2026. Check the thematic lines in the call for papers.

Oral presentations in Catalan, other Romance languages, and English are welcome. For presentations given in languages other than English, we encourage participants to provide visual support (PowerPoint or similar) in English and to be prepared to discuss their work in this language during the subsequent discussion.

Presentations will last 18 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of discussion. Proposals must not exceed 500 words (excluding references). They should be submitted as a file including the title, authors and their affiliation, abstract and a short biography (maximum 100 words per author) through the following form.

 

Submission system

Please note that registration is required to access the abstract submission system, although payment is not necessary at this stage.

Communications must be submitted electronically by following these steps:

1. Register as a presenting author: Begin the registration process and create your account.

2. Access your private area: After receiving the registration confirmation email, log in and click the “Submit communications” button to upload your abstract.

3. Await confirmation: You will receive a message confirming that your submission has been received.

If you do not receive the registration confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder in case it was filtered there.
