Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted by email to congressos@fundacio.urv.cat. 

• Cancellations received before May 15, 2026: Full fee refunded (minus 10% administration fee).
• Cancellations received before May 29, 2026: 50% refund of the registration fee.
• Cancellations received after May 29, 2026: No refund will be issued.
