| April 15 | Authors will be notified by e-mail regarding the acceptance of their abstract. |
| April 30 | Deadline for early bird registration. |
| May 15 | Cancellation with full fee refund (minus 3% administration fee). |
| May 29 |
Deadline for abstracts' submission for posters. Cancellation with 50% refund of the registration fee (for cancellations received after May 29, 2026 no refund will be issued). |
