Abstract Submission and Guidelines
General Guidelines
All participants are invited to register to the web site in order to submit an abstract for oral or poster presentations. Submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed for their acceptance by the Organising/Scientific Committee. In case of non-acceptance of an oral communication due to limited slots available, presenters will be invited to present their research as a poster.
Please, note that your registration is required to access abstract submission, but payment is not mandatory at this stage. Accepted summaries will, however, only be published in the book of abstracts of the symposium after full payment of the registration fee.
Every registration allows to submit one abstract.
Abstracts should be submitted electronically following the steps below:
- Start registration process: Register here.
- After receiving the registration email*, login to your private area and click on the button “Send communications” to upload your abstract.
- Please wait for message delivery receipt.
*If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of signing up, please check your Spam folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.
Important Dates
The deadline for abstracts’ submission for oral communications is March 25, 2026 – 8 pm CET. Abstracts received after this deadline will not be considered for oral communications. Submissions received after this date will only be eligible for presentation as posters.
Authors will be notified by e-mail no later than April 15, 2026 regarding the acceptance of their abstract. In case of acceptance, the notification will also specify the form of presentation (oral or poster). Abstracts not selected for oral communication may still be included as poster presentations, ensuring that all valuable contributions can be part of the conference.
Final abstracts will appear in the electronic abstract book.
Templates
The abstract should be written following the MS Word template that can be found below and then should be uploaded in MS Word format: abstract_template [MS Word template]

All speakers will be provided with a video projector and a laptop for their Power Point presentation.
